Welcome!

Hi. Welcome to Mums The Word Fitness, where mums come first.

We believe when women are nurtured and balanced the whole world spins better! We believe when you flourish your children flourish.

My name is Cathy and I am a personal trainer, and a mother who is passionate about guiding and inspiring women back into exercise. We help women, all women, post natal, pre natal, to live healthy lives by providing fun ,diverse ,friendly, motivated fitness classes and programs designed for weight loss and strength. 

  • If you are pregnant: we will help you look after your muscular skeleton through each stage and help prepare you for birth

  • If you are post natal: we will address any concerns such as weak pelvic floor, lack of core strength, and diastases recti 

  • If its  been a while since you exercised , we will support and encourage you to do your best.

  •  If you have been exercising for a while , we will introduce  new exercises and routines to challenge you.

 

 

Mums the Word Fitness believes in a holistic approach to wellness and is therefore aligned with other services that may suit you now or in the future.

  • Cert 111 of Fitness (Personal Trainer and Group Instructor):

  • Cert IV of Fitness

  • Pre and Post Pregnant Exercise Course

  • Exercise for the Menopausal Woman  

  • Boxing Unit 1

  • Boxing Unit 2

  • First Aid Certificate (current)
