Get Summer Body Ready – Join our 30 Day Challenge

Summer is just around the corner and it’s time to start your fitness routine to enjoy summer in a body that you love.

Let’s get real for a moment. Weight loss success = good nutrition –PLUS regular exercise PLUS consistency. You must create a calorie deficient for weight loss to occur. The recommended calorie intake for women to lose weight is 1200 -1500 per day so the general rule of thumb is weight loss is all about 80% food and 20% exercise.

Ask yourself the following questions:

  • Are you exercising and not meeting your fitness goals?
  • Are you time poor and can’t seem to fit your workouts in?
  • Are you exercising and not losing weight?
  • Are you unsure what foods and quantities you should eat?
  • Are you lacking in energy and concertation?

If you answered yes to any of the questions then The MTWF Get Summer Body Ready 30 Day Challenge is for you.

Believe me I understand how hard it is to get back into a fitness routine, especially after Winter, so for this reason I have developed an easy to follow challenge.

Why will a 30-day challenge work for you

Many challenges are unsuccessful because they are too restrictive, they lack support and they don’t promote a life changing behaviour.  On the MTWF Get Summer Body Ready 30 Day Challenge you WILL see results.

You can expect to see results.

By giving up high calorie foods and choosing whole grains over high carbs, you will experience some changes straight away. Towards the end of the challenge the cravings for junk food will reduce and you will be enjoying the healthier alternative. You will be looking forward to your workouts and increasing the intensity.

An increase in energy and alertness and less bloating may occur and you may experience more quality sleep. By the end of the challenge you may also notice some toning especially if you are a beginner.

Your behaviour will change.

A commitment to exercise for 30 days could be the first step to an ongoing fitness drive and a healthier lifestyle. 30 days is very achievable and as the increase in intensity is gradual it’s easier to stay with it. Slow improvement increases confidence which helps you stick with it.

You will be part of a team.

Being part of a community doing the same thing assists with motivation, accountability and promotes good mental health. The private Facebook group can be a great motivator to stay with it, encouraging people on sharing in their success, sharing yours, brings people together, its human nature.

How much does it cost?

It’s only $96 for a limited time so make sure you register by the end of the month to be a part of the fun.
