Our clients often become good friends. We have a number of social activities our clients can enjoy to celebrate their hard work and achievements. We have a night out with drinks each quarter, movie nights when there is a relevant chick flick, coffee and fruit at the end of Term 4, a team in the Mother’s Day Classic each year as well as an end of year Christmas dinner celebration.
Yes but we don’t encourage lateness as you would have missed out on a lot of warm up beforehand which is a vital part of the exercises we do. If you do need to leave early, let us know straight away and we’ll encourage you to do a full set of stretches before you leave.

Yes. We work with pregnant women. If you are pregnant and have been consistently exercising before you fell pregnant, you can pretty much do what you have been doing as long as your body temperature does not get too high. If you haven’t been exercising consistently, we have to just monitor you more carefully. We would also have you not do certain exercises such as crunches, but have you work on pelvic floor strength and core work to prepare for birth. In all my sessions technique is very important and I will always offer a low impact version or alternative exercise.
Yes of course. We are all inclusive. If you have a toddler or an older child, they can come along too. We also welcome mums, aunts and grandparents to our sessions. We just mix up the exercises to suit their requirements.
Yes, we provide a rug and toys. We also bring along paper and colouring pencils for the toddlers.
Water and a towel. You may be required to bring a mat along with you but you will be advised after you SIGN UP. If you have a toddler, bring some food for them to help keep them occupied.

You need to wait until you’ve had your 6 week post-natal check up before you can start attending. I also recommend you visit a post-natal physio to make sure your body is fully ready to engage in regular exercise again.
We don’t take any more than 15 people.
Each session lasts for 45 minutes. That’s enough time for mums to get a good workout, and babies before they start to be too unsettled.

Most of my sessions are outdoors and I advise via SMS if they are cancelled. We do run sessions rain or shine but we won’t run a session outdoors if raining as the comfort of your baby is paramount! We now have indoor space to run sessions when wet which means we never have to cancel.

Yes! We will sit down with you to discuss what goals you want to achieve, by what time frame and where you’re at currently with your fitness. This will determine what program we put together for you.
The idea with personal coaching is that you can train anywhere, anytime. It’s great if your schedule doesn’t lend well to attending set class times. You can train outdoors if you wish, or you can train indoors in your lounge room or in a hotel room if you travel often for work. You can literally choose where and when best suits you – that’s the beauty of having personal coaching.
No. We tailor the program to ensure you maximise your environment to do your workout. That means you don’t need to buy any special training equipment.
We do an assessment every 6-8 weeks to ensure you are continually pushing yourself to achieve your goals.
When we sit down to set your program, we’ll go through how you best like to be coached. I can meet you face to face once or twice a week depending on your needs, or I can coach you online. It might even be a combination of the two.
When we first begin we will discuss what you want to achieve. If it’s unrealistic we will let you know. When we meet or talk online, we will discuss how your week has been, what has been challenging and what has worked. We also ask you what you might have done differently and put plans in place for the coming week. No doubt you will be pretty tough on yourself if you fall of the wagon and when those times happen, we will be empathetic and give you lots of guidance and support.
Exercise is just one piece of the puzzle to overall great health. Nutrition is the other piece. We can show you what worked for our other clients and guide you to eating the best food for your health and wellbeing. If you have specific goals such as competing in events, we can provide advice on the best foods to eat leading up to the event, and on the day of the event.
