to choose from depending on your lifestyle.
GROUP FITNESS PROGRAM
We have Group Fitness sessions scheduled where the more that join us, the merrier we are as we workout. You’ll be pushed to your limit and beyond as we workout together. These are outdoor fitness sessions, rain or shine. Bring a smile and determination to work hard.
MUMS & BUBS PROGRAM
Mums often want to exercise but struggle being apart from their baby which is why we have these Mums & Bubs group sessions available. Bring your baby along where they become part of the workout routine. Great bonding experience with your baby while making new friends. These outdoor sessions are weather dependant.
Sometimes you may want the extra push towards your fitness goals, other times you may want more flexibility. We have available Personal Coaching – a chance to get individualised attention with coaching, training program and nutrition advice. Do this in solo, or in conjunction with Outdoor Fitness or Mums & Bubs to accelerate your fitness and wellbeing.
