How do we get through the silly season without sabotaging all the hard work we have put in during the year! ????

Here are my suggestions based on experience! Hope they help you!

So we know we  will probably consume alcohol so lets look at the best choices.

Being organised and planning ahead is always the key to success.  The more  you can accomplish in the coming days before a function, the less damage will be done!


Tips to stay thin when partying

  • Eat healthy during the party day
  • and the week before
  • Exercise in the morning
  • and as much as possible the week before
  • Drink water or mineral water between drinks
  • If you are bringing a plate choose a healthy one such as rice paper rolls, salsa, fruit plate
  • Have a pact with your friend, partner to keep you on track during the evening
  • Take your car
  • DANCE your little heart out!
  • Remember  your why!
