Group Fitness sessions are fun, energising and high density full body workouts in a social setting. Join one of our scheduled group fitness classes to push your limits and achieve results. You’ll soon see you’re mentally tougher than you think! But don’t worry, we have fun and a few laughs along the way. After all, we all work together and support each other in our fitness journey.
We promise you that we won’t force you to keep up – you work at your own pace. Regardless of your fitness level, you won’t slow anyone down if you’re just starting your own fitness journey and won’t be punished or made to run laps :).
We choose to do our classes outdoors in the fresh air and we maximise the environment around us. There are no stuffy walls holding us in! During Winter we do have some inside options for those cold mornings. No matter what, unless the weather is VERY extreme, we exercise rain or shine.
Come along by yourself or bring a friend (or two). This is a great way to make new friends along the way. After a training session, grab a coffee or smoothie with others and debrief your personal fitness achievements for the day.
